Between September 16th and 20th, Carlos Ricardo Júnior and Francisco Nascimento, both from the Directorate of Promotion and Education in Human Rights of the National Secretariat for Global Protection of the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights (MMFDH), participated in a technical mission to Spain and Portugal. The goal was to learn about European experiences of implementing Housing First, considered the most important and innovative project to assist homeless people in the last 30 years.
