Later this month, the EU - Brazil Sector Dialogues Support Facility will launch its 7th Call. The project will receive any proposals in subjects of common interest between the EU and Brazil included in the ongoing sector dialogues.
These are the criteria for the selection of actions (in order of priority):
Theme-based criteria:
a) relevance/coherence with the sector dialogue, as defined in the Joint Action Plan;
b) multi-lateral issues of mutual interest;
c) themes that promote economic exchanges between the EU and Brazil;
d) themes that promote the strengthening of the sector (not strictly of an "institutional" nature).
Other criteria:
a) continuity or development of actions already supported by the project;
b) actions in new dialogues established by the current version of the Joint Action Plan adopted at the 5th EU-Brazil Summit;
c) prioritisation of theme-based EU-Brazil comparative studies;
d) balance between the different areas eligible for support from the project: research, technical assistance, missions and event logistics;
c) involvement in the action of civil society actors or other levels of government;
Action proposals must be registered through this portal. The roadmap for developing an Action Proposal can be found in the Project Execution Manual .
Additional information on deadlines and requirements will be posted soon.
